About The Position

The RED Surveyor is part of Swire Coca-Cola’s sales support staff, tracking retail display activity and entering data in the marketplace. The role connects with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates, and involves driving to various stores in a personal vehicle. The surveyor supports accurate reporting and strong execution by reviewing displays and promotional materials, maintaining efficient routes, and helping associates understand the RED process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

• Experience using technology such as iPhone or smartphone devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Swire Coca-Cola associates on achieving deliverables in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees across the business.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures; maintain, care for, and inventory assigned equipment.
• Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and support stable reporting outputs.
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are used.
• Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
• Complete required paper and electronic work; review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiency.
