About The Position

Right Execution Daily (RED) Surveyors are part of the sales support staff. They track display activity and enter data in the marketplace while connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates. Including drive time, the role involves walking through grocery and convenience stores and capturing displays across the beverage category; surveyors may walk about 10,000 steps per day.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic knowledge of the beverage industry.
Strong value of integrity.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Willingness to work a designated 4/10 schedule, such as Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level guidance to Swire Coca-Cola associates on achieving deliverables in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business.
Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Work with teams across the organization to manage data and reporting design efficiently and support long-term stability in reporting outputs.
Use appropriate quality-control procedures.
Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
Complete necessary paper and electronic work.
Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiencies.
Maintain, care for, and track inventory of assigned equipment.
Drive 125–250 miles per week to visit and survey locations in the designated region.
Perform other duties as assigned.
