About The Position

As a Right Execution Daily (RED) surveyor, you are part of Swire Coca-Cola's sales support staff. Your accuracy in data entry supports excellence in execution. You will track display activity and enter data in the marketplace while connecting with customers, consumers, and front-line sales associates. The role requires a vehicle and travel to various stores.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Technology experience with iPhone or smartphone devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swire Coca-Cola, USA associates with guidance on achieving deliverables in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process clearly and practically.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers, and employees at all levels of the business.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain, care for, and inventory all assigned equipment.
• Work with teams across the organization to ensure data and reporting design are managed efficiently and reporting outputs remain stable over the long term.
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are used.
• Manage an effective and efficient weekly routing process.
• Complete necessary paper and electronic work, and carefully review displays, price tags, signs, and promotional materials to ensure they meet standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to maximize efficiencies.
