About The Position

Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and guest-facing interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must meet minimum age requirements under state regulations.

Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and package to-go and curbside pickup orders with attention to detail.
- Greet and assist guests picking up orders in a friendly and timely manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and fresh.
- Manage online, phone, and in-person to-go orders simultaneously in a high-volume setting.
- Upsell add-ons, beverages, and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- Keep the to-go station clean and organized throughout each shift.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
