About The Position

The Banquet Server provides guests with quality food and service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, helping ensure a positive and memorable event experience at the Red Circle Inn. The role involves preparing banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and communicating with staff to support successful events. This part-time position requires consistent availability on nights and weekends. The listed pay is $7.25 per hour.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to carry a tray weighing up to 30 pounds to shoulder height without assistance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift.
Prior knowledge of POS systems.
Ability to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Consistent availability on nights and weekends.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms as instructed, including linens and china.
Serve food and beverages while ensuring consistency throughout the event.
Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and professional manner.
Communicate clearly and openly with staff to support overall event success.
Maintain work areas during events and complete side work duties to support productivity.
After the banquet, remove linens, silverware, china, and trays from the space.
