About The Position

Requirements
- At least 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
- Prior related experience requiring excellent customer service, cash handling, service recovery, and problem-solving skills.
- Current TABC certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing guest needs.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant.
- Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend frequently, reach overhead, twist, and stand or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to restaurant guests.
- Handle cash and address service recovery and guest problems.
- Serve alcohol responsibly.
