About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a customer-focused Restaurant Server for Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Server is responsible for helping create a positive guest experience by preparing the restaurant for service, welcoming guests, describing menu offerings, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and presenting bills. The role requires an engaging attitude, the ability to work quickly and collaboratively, and a commitment to resolving guest concerns and providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Have an engaging and welcoming personality.
• Be descriptive and able to sell menu offerings.
• Have 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Have knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant before each service shift.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Learn menu details to enhance guest conversations.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns and guide them toward a satisfactory resolution.
• Present bills accurately and in a timely manner.
