About The Position

The Mountain Pass Server is a Guest Service Expert who helps create memorable dining experiences by providing a wide range of guest services. The role includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. Servers are expected to make transactions feel like part of the guest experience while following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, contributing to a safe workplace, and presenting themselves and communicating professionally. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
