About The Position

The Food Server provides excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons, including food and drink service. The position requires attentive, personalized service in a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations through prompt responses and resolution.

The role is part-time and based at 555 W Middle Verde Road in Camp Verde, Arizona. The listed salary is $7.00 per hour. The employee must be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of food server experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively; fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to multitask and organize.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have or obtain food handler and alcohol service certifications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a drug test and background check for an Arizona Gaming License.
• Must adhere to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service in a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
• Internships, apprenticeships, and coordinated work-study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

Responsibilities

• Accept and fill guests’ drink orders and replenish drinks as needed.
• Order alcoholic beverages from the bar and serve them at guests’ request.
• Clean, organize, and replenish or restock condiments.
• Clear, clean, and organize table settings as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations.
• Perform host, cashier, and busser duties as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
• Provide attentive, personalized guest service and respond to and resolve guest needs promptly.
