About The Position

Saint Therese is hiring a part-time Food Server (Dietary Aide) for its Corcoran, Minnesota community. Working the PM shift from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the server helps create welcoming dining experiences for residents by serving meals, assisting residents, and supporting smooth, timely meal service. The schedule is two shifts per week and every other weekend, totaling 24 hours per biweekly pay period. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position pays $18.04–$25.03 per hour based on experience, with same-day pay available.

Saint Therese is a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization with more than 60 years of experience providing person-centered care. Its Corcoran campus has 153 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, along with dining options and other amenities. Saint Therese serves communities in Minnesota, Michigan, and Ohio, and provides home care, outpatient therapy, and wellness services throughout the Twin Cities.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required; training is provided.
• Ability to read English and follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, wait tables, and clear dishes.
• Follow menus and diet cards to support residents’ nutrition needs.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth, timely meal service.
• Assist residents as part of creating welcoming dining experiences.
