Food Server
About The Position
The Food Server joins the hotel’s Food & Beverage team and helps deliver restaurant and outlet services. The role provides attentive, courteous, and professional guest service in a fast-paced environment, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining restaurant supplies, monitoring inventory, and keeping service areas clean and functional. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of server experience in a similar role; experience in a similarly sized operation is preferred.
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
- Food Handlers Certification required.
- Ability to kneel, stoop, grasp, lift, carry, and transport 50–75 pounds.
- Ability to spend most of the shift standing and moving around restaurant and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality service to guests.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders; revisit tables to refill beverages and check guest satisfaction.
- Generate guest checks through the PMS and receive payments efficiently.
- Keep the restaurant organized and replenish condiments and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality of restaurant and service workstations.
