About The Position

The Server greets restaurant customers promptly, shares specials and menu recommendations, and efficiently takes drink and food orders. The role includes inspecting food for accuracy and presentation before delivery, keeping tables clean, and responding to refills and other guest requests. The Server also completes side station work and helps maintain a clean, safe environment. The position requires a high work ethic, self-initiative, strong customer-service and communication skills, schedule flexibility, and a collaborative approach to providing positive guest experiences. The posting also includes physical requirements described as an in-office role, including prolonged desk and computer work, occasional standing and walking, frequent fine motor tasks, and the ability to lift or move 10–25 pounds as needed. Visual ability to read computer screens and printed materials, including close visual focus and color differentiation for certain roles.
Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings and use a phone and/or headset.
