Streets of New York is hiring Servers for its North Phoenix pizza restaurant. Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
- Positive attitude and passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization will be submitted through E-Verify.

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Know menu items and help guests place orders based on their tastes, preferences, diets, or allergies.
- Know current promotions, specials, and offers, and apply them according to restaurant policies.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Monitor guests’ dining experiences and check in periodically to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep tables clean and organized, clear dishes promptly, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support seamless service and communication.
- Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Perform light lifting to stock products and clean or maintain the dining room.
- Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
