About The Position

Spinato’s servers, called Extraordinary Service Providers (ESPs), help create the Spinato’s experience by delivering exceptional food and heartfelt service and making every guest feel welcome. ESPs reflect the company’s values of Family, Community, Kindness, and Personal Growth while maintaining professionalism, urgency, and warmth. The restaurant is high-volume, and servers must remain calm, collected, and positive while managing a 5–7 table section.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of serving experience.
• Availability to work weekends Friday through Sunday, plus 2–3 weekday shifts.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to maintain composure during high-volume service.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.
• Arizona Alcohol Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Deliver warm, attentive, and extraordinary service to every guest.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while staying calm under pressure.
• Manage a 5–7 table section consistently and with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and heart-of-house teams.
• Uphold Spinato’s hospitality standards and core values.
• Address guest concerns quickly and kindly.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
