About The Position

Spinato’s Bussers help deliver the Spinato’s Experience by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and operating smoothly for guests and the service team. The role supports guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency by helping tables turn promptly, food arrive hot and fresh, and the dining room remain welcoming. The position requires dependable, detail-oriented teamwork and supports the Front of House team.

Requirements

• Current Food Handler Certification (required).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly throughout the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirty dishes and trash from tables and transport them to the dish station.
• Clean and reset tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas quickly and thoroughly.
• Pre-bus tables by removing unused items between courses.
• Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, and fresh condiments.
• Communicate with the Host/Hostess when tables are clean and ready to be sat.
• Assist ESPs (servers) with guest needs, refills, and table maintenance.
• Support the dining room during high-volume periods and help resolve bottlenecks.
• Back up other Front of House positions as needed to ensure smooth service.
