About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server at Castlewood in Nixa, Missouri. The role focuses on welcoming residents and helping create a friendly dining experience where residents can connect. Servers prepare tables and food-service items, keep the dining area clean, and communicate concerns about residents’ eating habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals to supervisors and Wellness staff. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $15–$22.25 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, make them feel welcome, and be present in the dining room.
Mingle with and entertain residents and foster an environment where they can connect.
Prepare tables for service and prepare salads for the next meal.
Roll silverware and complete other preparations for meal service.
Bus tables and sweep floors to keep the community clean.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff about poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or residents absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
