About The Position

The Server at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton delivers food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences. The role involves engaging guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude, learning menu items and specials, accurately taking and entering orders, promptly delivering orders, maintaining a clean and organized service station, and complying with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer their questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
