About The Position

The Host / Hostess at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, Curio Collection by Hilton welcomes and escorts guests in the resort’s dining outlets, helping create memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The role includes greeting guests, managing seating and dining-room flow, responding to inquiries and special requests, and assisting with routine outlet operations and service preparation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and quickly determine their needs.
• Seat guests, manage the seating chart, and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth experience.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with service preparation, including stocking and folding silverware.
