About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Servers for Daylene's Supper Club. The Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking and entering food and beverage orders, and delivering orders from the kitchen and bar in a timely manner. Servers are expected to work as part of a team and uphold the Kalahari Promise and its service expectations.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
- A collaborative, respectful leadership style rooted in service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system for the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner using appropriate service trays.
- Participate as a team member and follow the core values and service expectations in the Kalahari Promise.
