About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Server for Daylene's Supper Club. The role provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests. The Server helps create a positive impression through professionalism and a helpful attitude, and works with the team to uphold Kalahari's service expectations and core values.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
- A collaborative, respectful leadership style rooted in service to others.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system for transmission to the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner using appropriate service trays.
- Participate as a team member and follow the core values and service expectations in the Kalahari Promise.
