About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay particular attention to detail.
- Flexible long hours may sometimes be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Greet guests promptly, explain specials, provide menu and beverage tours, recommend items and drinks, and advise guests about menu changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, common drink recipes, and preparation methods.
- Help guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering guest experiences.
