About The Position

Oakley Country Club in Watertown, Massachusetts, is hiring a friendly, customer-focused Bartender to serve club members in a welcoming environment. The role may be full-time or part-time and offers pay of $23–$25 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line. Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 1:00 AM; Sunday availability is required. Bartenders set up the bar and prepare ingredients, supplies, and materials for service. During service, they interact with members, take drink orders, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean, organized, professional bar environment. The role also includes contributing to weekly cocktail specials and ideas for new drinks. Oakley Country Club is a historic organization founded in 1895, focused on recreation, connection, and positive member experiences.

Requirements

At least 1 year of bartending experience or at least 3 years of serving experience.
Sunday availability.
A cheerful, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to create positive experiences for club members.
Willingness to learn and participate in paid training.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized bartending area.
Interest in contributing ideas for weekly cocktail specials and new drinks.
