About The Position
The Server in the Ascent Lounge offers guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience in accordance with Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The role requires excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to guest service, and the ability to learn and perform the Sequence of Service. Servers use the resort's computer system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule across all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Affinity for guest service and a strong commitment to service.
- Ability to meet Four Seasons standards and learn the Sequence of Service.
- Fluent English.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- High school or college degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel.
- Food and beverage knowledge.
