About The Position
Serve guests at Bayside Grill, Southern Roots, or Bucky’s at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio. Provide outstanding service in a lively, welcoming atmosphere by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The restaurants serve a variety of items, including appetizers, burgers, Woodstone pizzas, fresh local seafood, salads, pasta, and steaks. Guests may be served on the outdoor patio or in the dining room.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests warmly to provide a delightful dining experience.
- Learn the menu, including appetizers, salads, pasta, and steaks, to make accurate recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure utensils, dishes, and tables are properly set.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support clear communication and efficient service.
