About The Position

The Monarch Lounge Server provides attentive, customized service in a high-pressure, upscale, high-volume restaurant environment. The role requires extensive menu knowledge, a professional and friendly presence, strong teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Servers are expected to accommodate guests, communicate their experiences to the team, and maintain Maple Hospitality Group’s uniform and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of serving experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Professional, friendly personality and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills and a proven ability to multitask.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Drive to provide exceptional service.
• Confidence and pride in personal style and appearance.
• Genuine passion for the craft of service.
