About The Position

The Server at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami provides attentive, personalized service in the Lobby Lounge, creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful guest engagement and attention to detail. The role includes preparing and maintaining tables and service areas, serving food and beverages, coordinating with the kitchen and service team, and upholding cleanliness, organization, presentation, safety, and quality standards. Servers are expected to anticipate guest needs, use good judgment, resolve service needs in the moment, maintain a polished and professional appearance, and collaborate with the restaurant team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu, service, and other work-related information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Follow company policies, procedures, safety practices, and established quality standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and consistently demonstrate elevated communication and service standards.
• Work collaboratively across the restaurant team to deliver consistent, efficient service.
