About The Position

The Lifestyle Bartender crafts high-quality beverages and creates engaging, personalized guest experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. The role uses beverage knowledge and judgment to make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences, while maintaining a polished, organized, fully functioning bar and staying informed about beverage trends, local offerings, and guest preferences. The bartender accurately handles payments and guest information, supports guests and the team beyond the bar when needed, and follows company policies, procedures, safety practices, and service standards while protecting company assets and confidential information. The role represents the hotel's standards through a professional appearance and service guided by The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, and to bend, twist, pull, and stoop.

• Follow company policies, procedures, safety practices, and standards, and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the standards of the hotel.
