About The Position

The Lifestyle Bartender works in the Lobby Lounge at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami, crafting high-quality beverages and delivering personalized guest experiences. The role calls for strong beverage knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, attention to detail, and a willingness to support guests and team members beyond the bar. The bartender maintains a polished, organized, service-ready bar; keeps current with beverage trends, local offerings, and guest preferences; and handles payments and guest information accurately while following hotel standards, policies, and safety practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Take ownership of the guest experience and step beyond the bar when needed to support guests and the team.
• Use beverage knowledge and judgment to make recommendations based on individual guest preferences.
• Maintain attention to detail in drink quality and presentation, financial transactions, and guest information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety practices, and standards while protecting company assets and confidential information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent hotel standards.
