About The Position

The Server provides food and beverage service to guests and club members at 107 Bistro & Wine Bar, helping meet sales and wine club sign-up goals while fostering brand loyalty. The bistro serves California cuisine made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and offers an award-winning wine selection in an outdoor dining setting on Testarossa Winery’s historic patio. The role involves delivering a welcoming experience, presenting food and wine options, promoting offers and club membership, and working collaboratively with the service and culinary teams. The position is part-time and is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays plus one weekday from Wednesday through Friday.

Requirements

At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience, preferably in an upscale environment.
Availability Wednesday through Sunday preferred; weekend and all-holiday availability required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds often.
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and frequently use ramps or stairs.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to perform repetitive motions, including lifting, pouring, and reaching.
Be a proactive, positive team player who follows policies and procedures.
Have a passion for wine in day-to-day life.
