About The Position

The Server at Wildflower Restaurant, located inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird, provides friendly and professional service to guests and team members. The role involves assisting diners before, during, and after meals, including helping them place and pay for orders and ensuring food and beverages are delivered promptly. Servers check on their tables throughout service and help maintain Snowbird’s values.

This is a winter-only seasonal position. Shifts vary with business levels and may run from early morning to late evening. The position will not start until late November or early December. Employees must be available any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Employee housing is not available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to stay overnight in case of road closures.

• Previous job experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with setting tables to restaurant standards.
• Present the menu and specials to each table.
• Deliver food to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and answer questions.
• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions.
• Help other restaurant positions as needed.
• Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel.
• Check on tables periodically throughout service to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
