About The Position

The Lounge Server provides quality food and beverage service and knowledge to guests in Snowbird lounges. The role coordinates an individual station and communicates with front- and back-of-house personnel to deliver a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. This is a seasonal, winter-only position at Wildflower, located inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird. The position is expected to start in late November or early December. Schedules vary with business levels and may include morning or late-evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Employee housing is not available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Must stay overnight in case of road closures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with setting tables to restaurant standards.
• Present the menu and specials to each table.
• Resolve guest concerns and answer questions.
• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions.
• Help other restaurant positions as needed.
• Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel.
