About The Position

As a Food Server, you are responsible for serving food and/or beverages to hotel guests as part of the ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You are expected to perform the listed tasks and other duties to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials.
• Take food and/or beverage orders from guests and enter them into the appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Keep the serving station well-stocked and clean.
