About The Position

The Breakfast Server at Madison Marriott provides attentive hospitality and table service to hotel guests. The role includes greeting guests, managing dining reservations, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, and reporting tips. The server also maintains clean and organized dining and service areas and supports the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries. The position is part-time and offers compensation of $10.50 plus tips, with actual pay potentially varying based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Requirements

• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 60 days.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
