About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a part-time Server - Bay Host to welcome Players to their bays, help them make the most of their visit, and deliver an enjoyable food, beverage, and gaming experience. The role is suited to a positive, team-oriented person who is focused on Players and can stay composed in a popular, fast-paced environment. Prior experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting is required. Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Bay Hosts recommend food, beverages, and gaming options, take orders, and keep bay areas clean and organized. They work with other Playmakers to set up bays, maintain a visible presence on the T-line, and resolve concerns. The role also involves following safety and sanitation standards and supporting Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This is an active role involving lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, walking, and being on your feet for most of the shift. Team members should be able to sustain activity and pace in a high-volume environment. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Ability to walk and remain on your feet for most of the shift and sustain activity in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm and help set the stage for their visit.
• Learn why Players are visiting and explain Topgolf offerings relevant to their experience.
• Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options and use thoughtful suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers.
• Assist with setting up bays and resolving Player concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
