About The Position

The Bay Host welcomes Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learns about the purpose of their visit, explains Topgolf offerings, and helps create an unforgettable experience. The role includes recommending food, beverages, and gaming options suited to each visit, making thoughtful suggestions to support sales, taking orders quickly and accurately, and providing outstanding food and beverage service.

Bay Hosts keep bay areas clean, organized, and welcoming by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring Players have what they need. They maintain a strong T-line presence, collaborate with other Playmakers on bay setup and resolving concerns, and follow safety and sanitation standards. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

This active, high-volume role requires standing for most of the shift and frequent walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, bending, and stooping. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. Day, night, and weekend shifts are available, and both part-time and full-time opportunities are mentioned.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to stand for most of the day, walk throughout the shift, and perform ongoing physical tasks.

• Use thoughtful suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and work with fellow Playmakers to set up bays and resolve concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
