About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Bay Host to welcome Players, make recommendations, take food and beverage orders, and help create an enjoyable, safe experience. Bay Hosts work in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment, staying available to Players and coordinating with fellow Playmakers. The role involves maintaining clean, organized bays, supporting sales through thoughtful suggestive selling, and following safety and sanitation standards. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a collaborative, one-team approach.
• Strong focus on providing an excellent Player experience.
• Ability to remain composed in a popular, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift and perform varied physical tasks.
• Ability to maintain pace during long shifts and in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn about the purpose of their visit, and explain Topgolf offerings.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits and encourage sales through suggestive selling.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Remain readily available with a strong T-line presence and work with fellow Playmakers to deliver a positive Player experience.
• Help set up bays and resolve Player concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
