Bay Host (Server)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a fun-loving, dedicated and caring Bay Host (Server) to help create exceptional experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. Bay Hosts welcome Players to their bays, learn about the purpose of their visit, explain Topgolf offerings, and recommend food, beverages and games to enhance the visit and drive sales. They take orders quickly and accurately, maintain clean and organized bay areas, refill drinks, clear tables, and work closely with other Playmakers to set up bays and resolve concerns. The role requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards and living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring. The work is physically active, involves spending most of the shift on one’s feet, and requires handling items weighing up to 50 lb. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Requirements

- Ability to remain calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping and carrying.
- Ability to spend most of the workday on one’s feet and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform varied active tasks and maintain pace and endurance in a high-volume work environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn why they are visiting, and share Topgolf offerings.
- Recommend food, beverages and gaming options tailored to Players’ visits, using thoughtful suggestive selling.
- Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks and maintaining a welcoming space.
- Maintain a strong T-line presence and work with fellow Playmakers to set up bays and resolve concerns.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
- Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.
