Bay Host (Server)
About The Position
Topgolf is hiring a Bay Host (Server) to create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for Players in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The role welcomes Players to their bays, learns about the occasion for their visit, explains Topgolf offerings, and recommends food, beverages, and games to enhance the experience and support sales. Bay Hosts take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, keep bays clean and organized, and work closely with other Playmakers to deliver excellent service and address concerns. Team members are expected to follow safety and sanitation standards and uphold Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. The job is physically active, involves working on one’s feet for most of the shift, and requires lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. The position is tip eligible, with a stated pay range of $17.86 to $17.86 per hour.
Requirements

- Ability to stay calm and work effectively in a popular, high-volume environment.
- Prior experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
- Ability to remain on one’s feet for most of the day and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform varied physical tasks and maintain pace through long shifts or demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm and learn why they are visiting.
- Explain Topgolf offerings and recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits.
- Suggestively sell options to enhance the Player experience and drive sales.
- Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
- Maintain a strong T-line presence and work seamlessly with other Playmakers.
- Set up bays and help resolve Player concerns.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
- Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
