About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a Bay Host to welcome Players to their bays and help create an enjoyable, memorable experience. The role involves understanding why Players are visiting, introducing them to Topgolf offerings, and recommending food, beverages, and games suited to their visit. Bay Hosts take orders accurately and promptly, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, keep bays clean and organized, clear tables, and refill drinks. They work closely with other Playmakers, maintain a strong T-line presence, help set up bays, and address concerns positively. The role also requires following safety and sanitation standards and demonstrating Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This is an active, high-volume role that involves being on your feet for most of the shift and lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Focus on providing an excellent Player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and work effectively in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift and perform varied physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn about their visit, and explain Topgolf offerings.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options to enhance the Player experience and support sales through suggestive selling.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver a positive Player experience.
• Help set up bays and resolve Player concerns with a smile.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
