About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a part-time Server - Bay Host to welcome Players to their bays and help create an enjoyable, memorable visit. The role involves learning why Players are visiting, sharing Topgolf offerings, and recommending food, beverages, and games that suit their experience. Bay Hosts take orders quickly and accurately, keep bays clean and organized, clear tables, refill drinks, and help ensure Players have what they need.

Bay Hosts work closely with other Playmakers, maintain a strong T-line presence, help set up bays, and respond to concerns with a smile. They follow safety and sanitation standards and support a safe, welcoming environment. Team members are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. The work is active and takes place in a high-volume environment; team members spend most of their shift on their feet and handle lifting and other physical tasks. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a one-team mentality.
• Focus on delivering an excellent Player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a popular, high-volume environment.
• Previous experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and carry items.
• Ability to spend most of the workday on one’s feet and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform varied active tasks and maintain pace during long shifts in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn about the purpose of their visit, and introduce Topgolf offerings.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits, using thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Remain available with a strong T-line presence and work with other Playmakers to deliver a positive Player experience.
• Help set up bays and resolve Player concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
• Demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
