About The Position

Stonegate Golf Club is seeking friendly, attentive, and service-minded Servers/Bartenders to join its Food & Beverage team. The role provides food and beverage service to members and guests while creating a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include attentive service, accurate order delivery, beverage preparation and service, and maintaining the club’s service standards. The club has three food and beverage venues: The Grill, Mosaics, and the Marketplace Bistro. The work is primarily indoors, with some outdoor exposure.

Requirements

Previous server and bartender experience is required.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
Knowledge of food and beverages, including wine, beer, and cocktails.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Ability to perform moderate physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, and grasping.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, including lifting up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 10 pounds constantly.
Ability to stand and perform activities for up to five hours without sitting and sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Take food and drink orders and ensure accurate delivery.
Recommend menu items and answer questions about the menu, specials, and wine pairings.
Provide prompt and efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and ensure guest satisfaction.
Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and member or guest preferences.
Keep the bar and dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and presentable.
Monitor guest behavior and follow applicable laws and club policies for responsible alcohol service.
Maintain knowledge of club policies, menus, and events to provide accurate information.
Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Perform other duties as requested.
