About The Position

Parkwest Casino is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Bartender to help create a positive guest experience. The role is suited to a confident, experienced hospitality professional who is outgoing, works well with a team, and is committed to excellent service and continual improvement. Gaming servers and bartenders must be at least 21 years old.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old for gaming server and bartender roles.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend at the neck for six or more hours a day.
• Ability to repetitively use hands for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Know the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered.
• Help limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking.
• Provide excellent guest service and help improve customer service.
• Create drink recipes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean workstation.
• Build a positive rapport with guests.
