About The Position

Parkwest Casino is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Bartender with a strong understanding of hospitality to help improve guests’ experience and service. The position calls for a confident, experienced team player who is outgoing, enjoys meeting people, and is willing to go the extra mile.

The successful candidate will know the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered; help limit problems and liability related to excessive drinking; provide excellent guest service; create drink recipes; stock the bar; maintain a clean workstation; and build positive rapport with guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Gaming servers and bartenders must be at least 21 years old.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at the neck for six or more hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands repetitively for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling, and reaching throughout the shift.
