About The Position

Join the team as a Server Assistant at Bear, part of Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection. The role supports the service team by helping ensure smooth restaurant operations, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and teamwork.

The Server Assistant helps set up and clear tables, delivers and refills beverages, responds to guest questions and requests, coordinates with restaurant staff, and maintains cleanliness and food-safety standards in the dining area. The starting pay rate is $17.40 per hour; individual pay decisions may take experience and education into account.

Requirements

• Current Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of hire.
• RBS Alcohol Training Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables by arranging utensils, plates, and glassware and promptly removing used items.
• Assist servers with delivering beverages and refilling drinks as needed.
• Assist guests by answering questions, accommodating special requests, and supporting their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to support efficient service, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks.
• Maintain dining-area cleanliness and sanitation, including wiping tables, chairs, and surfaces and following food-safety protocols.
