About The Position

As a Breakfast Server, you will create memorable guest experiences by making food and beverage recommendations and serving food and beverages. You will work as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment. The role serves tables, delivers food and beverages promptly, maintains tables, and supports guest satisfaction. Servers handling alcoholic beverages are expected to monitor guest behavior and follow procedures when a guest may be impaired to drive.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of server experience.
• Possess basic math skills and cash-handling ability.
• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables as assigned by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner.
• Clear, clean, and prepare tables.
• When serving alcoholic beverages, observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and follow the proper procedure if a guest is impaired to drive, including suggesting taxi transportation.
• Escalate guest service issues to management when unable to resolve them.
• Ensure guests are satisfied during meal service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
