About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Server supports food and beverage operations by helping create memorable guest experiences and ensuring service runs smoothly. Duties may include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. The role requires a professional appearance and communication, adherence to company policies and quality standards, and contributing to a safe workplace. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

The position involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; reading and visually verifying menu information; and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. The role may require handling items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
