About The Position
The Server Assistant supports the service team at Renata’s by assisting servers, bussing and resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and keeping the dining room and patio clean, organized, and ready for service. The role helps maintain a smooth flow of service while providing guests with a warm and attentive experience. The position is part-time at the Arizona Biltmore, a luxury resort in Phoenix managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality. The property is part of Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts collection.
Requirements
- Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
Nice To Haves
- Prior food and beverage experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Prior luxury or upscale dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Set and prepare dining tables, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water.
- Check that tableware is in good working condition and report defects for repair.
- Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
- Assist servers with table service, including serving beverages and bread.
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Follow hotel and department policies and procedures.
- Complete sidework and other duties assigned by management.
