About The Position

The McArthur's Server Assistant at Arizona Biltmore supports the restaurant dining experience by preparing and clearing tables, maintaining service stations, and assisting servers with table service. The role responds to guest inquiries and requests, helps resolve issues promptly, follows hotel and department policies, and completes sidework and other duties assigned by management. This is a full-time position requiring availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior food and beverage experience.
Prior customer service experience.
Prior luxury or upscale dining experience.

Responsibilities

Set and prepare dining tables, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water.
Check tableware for condition and report defects for repair.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
Assist servers with table service, including serving beverages and bread.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Follow all hotel and department policies and procedures.
Complete sidework and perform other duties as assigned by management.
