About The Position

The Server Assistant supports the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. The role helps create a positive guest experience by keeping dining areas guest-ready, replenishing and maintaining buffet stations, delivering food promptly, and greeting and seating guests when needed. The position also provides host support, assists with special requests, and helps maintain clean, organized service areas while following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, maintain cleanliness and presentation, and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
• Greet and seat guests and assist with reservations, waitlists, and host duties as required.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep side stations, beverage stations, bussing stations, and other service areas organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
