About The Position
The Server Assistant supports the Dawn Manor service team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the dining room. The role ensures that tables are properly set, cleared, and reset to support seamless service. Dawn Manor is an American restaurant on Mirror Lake in Wisconsin Dells, featuring five historically inspired dining rooms, a scenic patio deck, a Prohibition Era speakeasy, a wine cave, and a gift shop. It serves lunch and dinner and hosts private events.

- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests.
- Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
